The popularlty of their baking created the need to move their gluten-free bake shoppe production out of Kindfood, their award-winning restaurant where it all began, to open “Kelly’s Bake Shoppe” at 401 Brant St (just up the street). Here you’ll find a wide selection of the decadent tasting organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, peanut-free and vegan cupcakes, cookies, brownies, ice cream and more – including their ‘award-winning’ Dulce De Leche Cupcake and Mile High Brownie.
Only organic ingredients and natural colours (sourced from flower petals) and flavours are used in these delcious goodies as well as fair-trade and organic cocoa, flax meal, applesauce, lemons, peppermint oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, espresso beans, vanilla beans, agave, maple syrup, and coconut just to name a few of the important ingredients that make a difference in the final product.
