Kelly and Erinn (the now fabulously successful, best selling authors and entrepreneurs) have been creating deliciously decadent gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, peanut-free and vegan baked goods for a few years now and in fact, they have been winning awards for their incredible baking.

The popularlty of their baking has created the need to move their gluten-free bakery production out of Kindfood, their award-winning restaurant where it all began, to open Kelly’s Bake Shoppe” at 401 Brant St (just up the street). Here you’ll find a wide selection of the decadent tasting organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, peanut-free and vegan cupcakes, cookies, brownies, ice cream and  more – including their ‘award-winning’ Dulce De Leche Cupcake and Mile High Brownie.

Only organic ingredients and natural colours (sourced from flower petals) and flavours are used in these delcious goodies as well as fair-trade and organic cocoa, applesauce, lemons, peppermint oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, espresso beans, vanilla beans, agave, maple syrup, and coconut just to name a few of the important ingredients that make a difference in the final product.

Did we say these treats are DELICIOUS?! They aren’t just delicious, they are over-the-top irresitible, as well as, gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, butter-free, lactose-free, no cholesterol, no trans-fats, and peanut-free. What a terrific way for EVERYONE to enjoy some cupcakes together.
