We had so much fun! Lori DeAngelis, from CHCH, is such a wonderful interviewer…
Over the course of 3 hours, we had 6 segments to showcase our Gluten Free and Vegan Bakery and Cafe and create and sample some of our homemade vegan bakery goods and vegan cuisine!
We were a such a hit!!! I am just thrilled with how many people are genuinely interested in trying to adopt a plant-based diet. At 11am, our doors opened for business and we were SWAMPED. They came in droves….. the publicity we got from this press was priceless. So many new people ventured into LettuceLove Cafe to check us out. Some were impressed, some were intrigued, others were excited and still some customers were in awe of how yummy and enticing a vegan meal can look and taste and the cameras from CHCH didn’t lie….
